Magnetic Particle Inspection. MPI
A.C. Electro-Magnetic Yoke or bench machine. used for surface testing of ferromagnetic welds and materials on site or in house.
Dye Penetrant Inspection   DPI
Used for surface testing of non-magnetic materials and welds on site.  A tank system is used in house for production runs of forgings, castings and machined parts.
Ultrasonic Testing. UT
On site portable Flaw Detector used for volumetric subsurface testing of welds and materials.
Thickness Testing.
Pipework, cylinders and tanks.Testing is used for comparison against the original sizes to gauge corrosion rate.
Welder Coding.
We have a Certified International Welding Engineer who can help prepare weld procedures and undertake coding.
